Chicken salad with pineapple and corn
An unusual combination of products, interesting taste, quick to prepare and inexpensive.
Ingredients:
● chicken breast
● juice of half a lemon
● salt
● pepper
● mayonnaise
● 1 can of pineapple slices
● 1 can of corn
Preparation:
We wash the chicken breast, set it to boil. No salt or spices.
While the breast is boiling, we are busy with cans.
That is, we drain the liquids from the cans.
Cooked the breast. Cooled. Separate the meat from the bones.
We cut. Knead into gruel, without adding anything yet.
Crushed. We take half a lemon. Squeeze through a sieve onto the chicken. Pepper (black pepper, a little), salt.
Stir and let stand in the cold for 15-20 minutes.
Now let's make a thin layer of mayonnaise.
We spread pineapple pieces and corn on the meat.
Stir before serving.
