Pechenkin puff salad




 Ingredients:

 Chicken liver - 350 g
 Pickled cucumbers (small) - 10 pcs.
 Eggs - 4 pcs.
 Carrots - 3-4 pcs.
 Onions - 4 pcs.
 Mayonnaise - 100 g

 Preparation:




 1. Boil carrots and eggs, cool and peel.  Separate the egg whites from the yolks, set aside the yolks, and grate the whites on a coarse grater.
 2. Rinse the liver and boil in salted water.
 3. Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
 4. Cut the cucumbers into small cubes.
 5. Cut the chicken liver into strips, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
 6. Place the ingredients in layers in a dish with high sides.  The order is:
 Liver ½ serving, coat with mayonnaise
 Fried onions ½ portion
 Pickled cucumbers ½ portion
 Protein all, coat with mayonnaise
 Whole carrots, coat with mayonnaise
 7. After the carrots, put the remaining liver, onions, cucumbers in the same order.  Densely coat with mayonnaise.  Sprinkle on top with finely grated yolks.
 8. Leave to brew a little, decorate to taste and serve.



 It is not necessary to alternate layers again.  You can lay out the entire amount of each of the ingredients at once.
