Draniki with meat is a national Belarusian dish. And the variations of potato pancakes are countless. It's delicious, satisfying and nutritious, especially if you eat these potato pancakes hot with sour cream.

Ingredients:
Potatoes 1 kg.
Bulb onions 2 pcs.
Flour 3 tbsp
Egg 1 pc.
Minced meat (preferably a mixture of pork and beef) 250-300 gr.
Salt
Ground black pepper
Green onions
Vegetable oil for frying
Preparation:
Peel and grate the potatoes or chop them in a food processor.
Onion, peel and finely grate.
Add salt, eggs, onion and flour to the resulting potato mixture.
Add spices to taste, onions, herbs to the minced meat.
Put a large spoonful of potato mass with a spoon in a preheated pan with vegetable oil.
Form small balls the size of walnuts from the meat, and then make cakes from them.
Put the meat cake on top of the potato pancake, then put another tablespoon of the potato mass on top and carefully distribute it.
Fry the pancakes on one side until golden brown.
Then turn the potato pancakes, cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat and bring to readiness for 5-6 minutes.
Serve potato pancakes hot with sour cream. Bon appetit!)
