THE KIEV'S CUTLETS
Ingredients
- 4 things. chicken fillet
- 2 pcs. chicken eggs
- 100 g butter
- 400 g sunflower oil
- breadcrumbs
- bunch of greens
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Cooking:
Grind the parsley.
In a bowl, mix the butter with parsley.
Wrap the butter in a plastic wrap and put in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.
Open the chicken fillet with a sharp knife to make a rectangle and lightly beat off.
Put slices of frosted butter on the edge of the fillet.
Wrap the fillet so that the oil is inside.
Beat eggs lightly and add salt, dip the patty in the egg mixture.
Then roll in breadcrumbs. Repeat the procedure twice.
In a deep frying pan or stewpan, heat the vegetable oil well and fry the patties, periodically turning, until golden brown on all sides.
Oil should cover cutlets in full or at least half.
Decorate ready-made cutlets with greens. Fried potatoes with onions or mashed potatoes are good as a side dish.
Enjoy your meal!
