Khachapuri


 Ingredients:

 Flour - 3 stack.
 Eggs - 2 pcs.
 Milk - 1 stack.
 Yeast - 1 tsp.
 Cheese to taste
 Butter - to taste
 Salt - to taste

 Cooking:

 

 1. For the dough, you must first put the brew, diluting the yeast, a couple of spoons of flour and a spoonful of sugar in warm milk.  When the yeast is activated, mix the rest of the ingredients.  Add butter, salt, egg and flour.  Strongly stuffing the dough is not worth it.  Cover the dough and leave to grow in a warm place without drafts.



 2. After 30-40 minutes, knead the dough.  Add some flour if necessary.  Leave for 20 minutes.


 3. At this time, prepare the filling.  Grate cheese on a coarse grater.  Add warm cream oil to the cheese.  Salt to taste.  Mix.


 4. Knead the dough again.  Divide into pieces the size of an average apple.  Roll out in the form of ovals.  Opposite sides bend inside.  Edge pinch.  Fill with stuffing.  Lubricate the egg sides khachapuri. 



 Leave for proofing for 30-40 minutes, laid out on a baking sheet.  Bake for 12-15 minutes at 180 ° C.
 5. Removing the khachapuri from the oven, should be still hot greased with butter.  This will give them affection and shine.
