Chocolate truffles
ingredients:
1.5 cup of sugar
0.5 glass of water
100g of butter
5 tablespoons cocoa (or carob)
400g of dry milk
100g of nuts
cooking:
1. Pour the sugar and water on the fire.
2. Bring to a boil and stir for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Remove from heat and melt butter and kerob (cocoa) in hot syrup
4. Mix well. Gradually add the milk powder.
5. Add the chopped nuts. Knead the mass and refrigerate for one hour.
6. Then make candies in the form of mushroom caps in cocoa (carob) and serve them with coffee or tea
