Simple pita bread "Friday".
ingredients:
- pita bread
- Beijing cabbage
- fresh cucumber
- Var.kolbasa or ham (smoked meat I do not advise, the taste will not be the same)
- cheese
- mayonnaise
Method of preparation:
Put mayonnaise at random on pita bread. Pekenku and cucumber cut into strips. Slices of sausage and cheese in small pieces
Divide the pita figuratively into 4 parts. On the first part, we put the peking and the cucumber (we do not regret it, it is the main filling), you can pour a little more with mayonnaise, more juicy. In the second part - we put sausage and a little cheese. Sprinkle the other two pieces of cheese. We bend the edges (as if we were preparing a big shawarma) and gently bend, starting from the edge where the vegetables are deposited.
By the way, we do not bend too much, but rather like this - in four layers: a preparation - vegetables, the second preparation - sausage, two other preparations and a roll is ready!
Now place the roll in a well heated pan, lubricated with sunflower oil. Fry quickly on both sides until golden brown.
When the roll, cool slightly, cut into pieces and serve at the table.
