Homemade oatmeal cookies

Ingredients:

- 100 g of butter
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup of flour
- nuts, candied fruits, dried fruits

Preparation:

1. To begin with, butter and sugar are placed in a convenient dish and weed out with a fork.
Then we stir the mixer until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
2. Add the eggs and mix.
Pour out a glass of oatmeal.
3. Mix and add the filling to taste: nuts, dried apricots, raisins or candied fruits, or all together. Totally about 2 cups of filling.
Mix and add flour.
4. From the resulting mass, make the balls, dip in flour and shape the biscuits.
We lay out on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and greased with olive oil.
5. Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
