Cookies for tea "Guests on the threshold"
Ingredients:
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 230 g of flour
- 80 g of powdered sugar
- 120 g of butter
- 3/4 tsp. lemon peel
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
Cover the baking tray with parchment paper, grease with oil and sprinkle with flour.
2. Sift flour and sugar in one bowl.
Add softened butter, egg yolks and lemon zest.
3. Mix the ingredients until smooth.
Knead for 5-10 minutes to make the dough elastic.
4. Form the dough into "sausage" and cut into mugs.
