Cottage cheese balls! Taste from childhood!
Very tasty!
Ingredients:
- 250 gr of curds
- 1 egg
- 5-6 tablespoons of sugar
- 1.5 cups of flour
- 1/2 without a slide of a teaspoon of soda
- powdered sugar
Beat the egg with sugar, add cottage cheese and soda. Stir so that no curds remain.
Add the flour and mix the dough. We give the test to stand for 15-20 minutes. Then we roll sausages, we cut into small blocks, we roll balls from small pieces (not very big, because when they are frying they will increase a little in size)
In the saucepan with hot vegetable oil we immerse the first portion of the balls, with a wooden spoon, we help them to surface.
Fry better on medium heat, letting them fry inside and not letting it burn outside. Fry until golden brown
We put the finished balls into a colander, to make the glass excess oil, then shift it to a dish and sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
