Potato Cutlets with Mushroom Filling (Zrazy) Recipe - Картофельные зразы с грибами




 Ingredients:

 Potato - 900 g
 Chicken fillet - 400 g
 Egg - 1 pc.
 Onion - 2 pcs.
 Wheat flour - 3 tbsp.  l
 Refined oil - 150 ml
 Salt to taste
 Ground black pepper - to taste
 Breadcrumbs - 100 g


 Cooking:



 1. Prepare the products.  Wash and dry the meat;  peel vegetables, rinse under water.





 2. Peeled potatoes with a little cold salt water.  Boil it for 20 minutes from the moment of boiling.



 3. Onion and chicken fillet cut medium.  In 2 tablespoons of oil, fry the onions and meat until cooked.



 4. Drain all potatoes from the finished potatoes.  Turn the crush into mashed potatoes.  Cool a little.  In raw potatoes, beat raw chicken egg, mix.  Add flour.  Stir again.  Mashed potatoes will become more plastic and easy to sculpt.





 5. In fried meat with onions, add 1 pinch of pepper, twist it through a meat grinder twice.  Stuffing for filling zraz is ready.



 6. Pick up a tablespoon with a slide of mashed potatoes in your hands, roll into a ball.  Flatten it.  Put a tablespoon of minced meat (not too full) in the center.



 7. Blind the edge, as on regular pies.  Give the zraza a specific, oval shape.  Bread in breadcrumbs on all sides.


 8. Fry zrazy over medium heat in well-heated oil until golden brown.
 9. Remove the finished zrazy from the pan.  Put on a plate and serve warm with sour cream and herbs.
