Pies with pears




Ingredients:

Flour 400 g;
Butter 210 g;
Egg 2 pcs;
Powdered sugar 4 tablespoons;
Salt 1/2 tsp;
Lemon juice 1 tablespoon;
 Water 4 tablespoons;
 Pears 4 pcs;
 Sugar 2 tablespoons;
 Cinnamon 1 stick;
 Lime 1/2 pcs;

 Preparation:

 1.Cooking time - 1 hour 5 minutes



 2. Measure 4 tbsp.  l.  water and put it in the freezer.  I need ice water.

 Then start dough: mix flour, powdered sugar and salt.



 3. Cut the butter into cubes.  Add half the butter to the flour.  Rub gently into crumbs.



 4.Add the remaining oil and grind completely.


 5. You should get small lumps.

 6. Beat eggs, add ice water and lemon juice to them.  Stir.
 7. In the center, make a hole and pour in the liquid in parts.

 Mash the dough until it turns into a tight lump.  Attention!  There may be more liquid than needed!
 8.Pour the dough on a lightly floured surface and knead until completely smooth.

 Make a ball.

 Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for an hour.
 9.While the dough "reaches", make the filling.

 Peel pears (or apples), core and cut into small cubes.



 Add white sugar (if you have green apples, you need more sugar, about 2 tablespoons).

 Add lemon juice and zest.  Mix gently.



 10.Melt (1 tablespoon) butter in a nonstick skillet and add brown sugar.



 11. Toss in the pears (or apples) and stir well.



 Add the cinnamon.  If you do not have a cinnamon stick, feel free to replace it with a powder one (about half a teaspoon will be enough).

 Simmer for 5-10 minutes on low heat (if green apples, then 10-15).

 Then set aside and let the filling cool.
 12. Take out the dough, roll out and cut out the circles for your molds.

 One circle is several centimeters larger in diameter, the second for closing the pie is the same as the diameter of the mold.
 13. Grease the mold with butter, lay out the dough: first the larger mold.
 14.Put the filling into it.
 15. Using a smaller circle, seal the top of the pie tightly.
 16. Brush the patties with a lightly beaten egg.

 From above, you can attach the remnants of the dough by making leaves from them.  Brush them also with an egg.

 Be sure to make a hole for steam to escape in each pie and put it in an oven preheated to 200 ° C.

 Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
 17.Everything!  The pies are ready.  Wait a few minutes for the form to cool.
 18. What delicious pies turned out!
