Cottage Cheese and Apple Casserole



 INGREDIENTS:
 ● 2 apples
 ● 2 tbsp  drain.  oils
 ● 1 tbsp  sugar (if any, then brown)
 For the test:
 ● 250 g of cottage cheese
 ● 2 eggs
 ● 3 tbsp  Sahara
 ● a pinch of salt
 ● 0.5 tbsp.  sour cream
 ● 3 tbsp  flour (sift)

 PREPARATION:
 Peel apples and cut into slices. Then fry in a pan (which can then be put in the oven) in butter. Sprinkle with sugar.  5 minutes on one side and 3 minutes  with another



 Cook the dough and pour apples on it. Keep it on the fire for a few more minutes and put in the oven for 200 gr.  until browning.
